Data-Driven Storytelling + Croatian Language and Culture

Raw data doesn’t automatically become useful information.
To find meaning in data sets, you need to know what questions to ask, how to prepare the data, what patterns to look for, how to visualize your findings and how to communicate them to the people who need to understand them.

This program takes you through that process.

You’ll learn how to work with data from different sources, clean and transform datasets, explore them using analytical techniques, identify meaningful patterns and communicate your findings through effective visualizations and storytelling.
You’ll also learn how to understand your audience, as an essential part of data storytelling, because the same data can lead to very different interpretations depending on how it is presented and who is looking at it.

The program follows a practical process from data collection to analyzation, visualization and interpretation. Data can contain patterns that aren’t immediately visible. You’ll use analytical techniques to explore datasets and identify trends, patterns and potential anomalies.

Finally, you’ll explore how visual choices influence the way people understand information—and why data visualization is not simply about making data look attractive but can be a vital tool for strategic decision-making.
