Program Highlights
Explore historic architecture, plazas, and museums in the Casco Viejo area – including the Miraflores Locks and Canal Museum, Biomuseo, and the Smithsonian Punta Culebra!
Embark on a boat trip through Gatun Lake to Monkey Island, where monkeys board the boats and gather food from tourists!
Travel to Colón on the historic Panama Canal Railway, where you can take in the unique combination of both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, as well as the rainforest, during your journey.
Visit the city of Penonomé and meet your host family! Spending time with your host family will be a wonderful opportunity to experience Panamanian culture through the eyes of locals.
Visit Mi Pueblito, a unique park that showcases traditional architecture, indigenous settlements, and the folklore of Panama. You’ll also get to visit the Cerro Ancón viewpoint!
