Activities:
1. We will help you improve your English through tailored language sessions and by attending local schools where English is the language of instruction.
2. We will be engaged in volunteer activities in collaboration with Via Etica ETS and Il Volo di Pietro in Meru Children’s Home and visit other supported projects in Kenya in Samburu.
3. We will tour local markets, villages, and communities to interact with people outside of educational institutions or organizations.
4. We will go on a Safari to the Meru National Park to see the local wildlife. 
5. We will sleep over at the park in a self-catering facility, meaning we will cook for ourselves at Kina Guest House.
6. Then, after visiting the Via Etica projects in Archer’s Post, Samburu County, we will hit the road for a trip to the Buffalo Springs natural reserve.

AFRISMO LANGUAGE STAY/VOLUNTEERING EXPERIENCE

Would you like to live an experience that enriches you as a person and career-wise? We offer young adults between 18 and 30 years of age the opportunity to attend a one-month, three-month and six-month internship at our partner facilities.

Besides perfecting your English, you will live in close contact with the local population and a culture different from yours. You will work in an environment that offers challenges and gratification in equal measures.

The long stay will leave you ample time to explore the historical sites, nature, flora, and fauna of a country among the most renowned in the world from a tourist point of view. 
You can also teach the basics of computer programming, physical education, organize sports tournaments in schools of different degrees and levels, contributing your skills to the growth of young people

From 2nd to 15th January 2027

Our trip is designed for groups of 6 or 12 participants per departure to offer maximum possible comfort during transfers and safaris. Each trip shall be deemed confirmed upon reaching a quorum of 6 participants.

Activities include:
1. Intensive English course.
2. Intensive Swahili course.
3. Cooking classes, local art lessons, and other activities
4. Visit to local villages and markets
5. Volunteering activities in collaboration with Via Etica ETS in Meru Children’s Home

8. Trips around Lake Naivasha, hiking in Mt. Longonot, a trip to Olkaria Geothermal Spa, and a bike tour in Hell's Gate National Park
