Program Overview
Are you passionate about wine and eager to explore it in a stunning international setting? The Adelante Abroad Wine Theory and Spanish Immersion Program in Chile offers a one-of-a-kind 3-week study abroad experience that combines wine education with Spanish language learning and cultural immersion.
This unique program includes 20 hours of Spanish classes designed for beginner learners and 12 hours of wine theory instruction led by an expert enologist. You’ll gain hands-on knowledge of sustainable wine practices, vineyard operations, and wine tasting techniques — all while improving your Spanish in real-world contexts.
Experience the beauty of Chile’s Casablanca Valley with guided visits to local vineyards, interactive tastings, and opportunities to participate in wine production activities.
Program pricing includes housing in a fully furnished private room in a shared apartment and several excursions to enhance your Chilean experience. Due to the seasonal nature of grape harvesting, this program is offered in summer and fall only.
