Going in, I wasn’t quite sure of what to expect for our placement because we were prefaced with several possibilities. However, our supervisor was extremely friendly, helpful, and set up our research in such a way that we were able to travel to new places to do research which allowed us to both work and experience Scotland to the fullest.

This study abroad program is extremely organized and willing to work with you. I felt really safe throughout my trip and the location of our apartment was absolutely perfect. I could hike Arthur's seat but also visit New Town all within 10 minutes away from my apartment. The city itself is absolutely magical, and there is so much to do. I recommend going in the summer because Scotland weather is divine during June and July. The internship was great, I was able to work with a professor who was really conducive to my interests and passions. I would highly recommend this program.
