What inspired you to work for your organization?
The attractiveness of a job depends on its content, working atmosphere, salary, and prospects. I like this job because I can communicate with many foreigners and the job content is related to my major. In addition, the working atmosphere of the company is very good and my colleagues are excellent. I learn a lot of valuable things from them.

Work: participate in team building activities with foreign interns
Describe a typical day at work.
After arriving at the company in the morning, I will check whether I have received any new resumes or emails in my mailbox, so as to ensure that I will not leave out the emails of internship applicants. If I have received any resumes, I will arrange the personal information of the applicants into our information files, and further communicate with the applicants. The next step is to post internship positions on various SNS platforms so that more people know that we can help them find internship jobs. During the rest of the time, I will handle some temporary affairs, such as accompanying foreign interns to attend the interview, translating English materials, and paying a return visit to those who have completed the internship.

How do you use your education and international background in your current role?
My major is business English, and my college courses include how to communicate with foreigners. The main content of this job is to communicate with foreign interns, whether by email or face-to-face. At the same time, I also need to translate some English materials, such as the resumes of foreign interns. My professional knowledge contributes to the work content greatly.
Why should someone choose your organization over competitors?
Because we have a professional working team, many large cooperative companies, as well as many domestic and overseas cooperative universities (such as Qingdao beer co., LTD., Hisense Group, Ocean University of China, etc.). At the same time, China Interntrip signs cooperation agreement and confidentiality agreement with enterprises to guarantee the legal and safe work of foreign interns in China and strive to provide the best internship experience for foreign interns.
What hopes do you have for the future for your organization?
I hope China Interntrip can help more foreign interns find suitable internship jobs in China in the future, and help more enterprises find suitable foreign talents. This will allow foreign interns to not only successfully complete the internship, but also experience the charm of Chinese culture.
What do you hope participants take away from your programs?
I hope participants can improve their professional ability, understand the management mode of Chinese enterprises, learn Chinese language and feel the charm of Chinese culture. This knowledge will make them more competitive in their career development, whether they return to their own country or stay in China.

Travel: the scenery of Qingdao
How do you help support participants?
From foreign interns looking for internship opportunities in China, to the final completion of the internship, we will provide assistance to participants in every link. Some examples include picking participants up from the airport, accompanying them to attend the interview, helping them find a house to live in, and organizing interns from the same city to participate in social activities. All in all, we will do our best to provide them with a safe and interesting internship life.

Why is it important for people to travel abroad and experience new cultures?
As the Chinese saying goes:
It is better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books.
It means that after we have taken in knowledge from a book, we should combine the theoretical knowledge in the book with the practical life. Make a metaphor for the relationship between "reading" and "walking": "reading ten thousand volumes of books" is like people through a window to see the golden mountain of knowledge and ability, but if you want to get this golden mountain, you have to go out and “travel ten thousand miles" to reach the side of the gold mountain. Therefore, traveling abroad and experiencing a new culture become especially important.
What does meaningful travel mean to you?
Travel means different things to everyone. As far as I am concerned, the meaning of travel is not to escape from real life, relax or show off, but to look at the world in a new way, or even a way of life. The sights you see, the smells you smell, the people you meet, the music you hear, and the soul you touch all become indelible experiences in your life.
