What inspired you to travel abroad?
My love for understanding children and their behavior inspired me to travel. I was excited to learn new techniques, methods, and concepts that would enrich my life. I also wanted to know a lot about different cultures and to see the difference in teaching when it comes to organizations abroad. My love for traveling and learning inspired me a lot.

Why did you choose Losdasdndon College of Teachers?
After reading through plenty of positive reviews about the organization and the teachers, I was determined to take the wonderful journey - people wrote about a lot of good experiences. I did extensive research about the curriculum and way of teaching. The counselor explained very minute details that helped me make the decision.
What was your favorite part about your host country/city?
The warmth and the welcoming nature of the people. The culture is very rich. I say it's my home away from home. The people are very friendly and helpful. Moreover, there were plenty of options to explore and learn. I believe you can learn a lot from others. The food was also tasty. As a foodie, it's very important that I enjoy the food and stay healthy.
How did the local program staff support you throughout your program?
They were very supportive and friendly. All the information was provided in the correct and easiest way. The whole process was hassle free because of the proper and timely functioning. The staff were very punctual and sincere. They always came up with the right student solutions. They were approachable for even the smallest concern.
What's one thing you wish you would have done differently during your time abroad?
My journey was very easy, although I spent a lot of time comparing options and took steps in a very cautious way. But now that I'm confident, I don't think there is any need for this. I would explore with a more open mind next time.

Describe what a typical day in your life abroad looked like.
Well it's full of activities. After getting up in the morning my habit was giving myself 5 minutes to spend for myself, depending on my mood. Then after finishing the household chores the whole day was dedicated to learning and imparting knowledge. At the end of the day, I made sure to jot down the points I learned that day.
What did you enjoy doing in your free time abroad?
During my free time I enjoyed exploring the localities. Understanding more about the culture and people helped me practice my learning of child psychology. I also explored the local food and took many small tours to the nearby places. I used to explore the historical places, go out ,and try the local dishes.
What type of accommodation did you have? What did you like best about it?
I lived in a shared accomodation near my school. I saved a lot of time by not having to commute which allowed me to explore in my free time.

What is one thing every future participant should know about your program before their program begins?
The program is great, descriptive, and practical in nature - you have access to the right amount of knowledge in the simplest form. It is very easy to complete the courses, and you will learn a lot about child psychology.
Would you recommend your program to others? Why?
Yes, I would definitely recommend the program to others - I learned a lot.
Now that you're home, how has your time abroad impacted your life?
It has impacted me in a very positive way. I learned new techniques. It gave me a lot of confidence to move ahead in life and get my dream career. I can proudly say I made the right decision to go abroad and learn about child psychology. Now I apply these concepts and it helps me to understand children in a better way.
What does meaningful travel mean to you?
Meaningful travel is when you take a lot more than what you give. It's not only moving from one place to another, but also exploring. Explore to learn, to understand, and utilize the experience. We enrich our lives with such meaningful conversations and travel stories.
