What inspired you to work for the International Teacher Training Organization?
One of the main reasons I decided to work here was the opportunity of improving my English. This language gets involved in the daily basis of the work and here I have the opportunity to master it. Another reason was how I would have the opportunity to get to see different points of views, once working with people from all around the globe. I get to do a lot of assignments that I didn't know I was able to do, and I'm proud of it.

Describe a typical day at work.
I get to the office, start reading emails, making calls, start getting calls, make orders, give a follow up to Job Placement, fill out the Mailing Schedule, and then I see what else I have to do on my agenda. My tasks depend on which week we are on the course. On the first week, I get to collect all the students' information, do their id cards, get some signatures from them, make a lot of copies, prepare their materials, go to the banks, make deposits, payments, do invoices, make checks, and more...Very office style.
Why do you do what you do?
I like my job, I do it because I like to working here. I want to do something similar in the future, something that involves what I'm doing right now, and I think my job now is a lever for any other opportunity I’ll have in the future.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my Job is that I get to know people from different parts of the world. I think that's awesome, people from the US, from the UK, from Canada... I also like my coworkers a lot so In general I have to say the people.

What challenges do you often face and how do you overcome them?
Sometimes I get overloaded with work, sometimes it's just too much. I try to organize myself, and my time, and see what of all my activities are the most important to do, so I can start with those.
What are some current projects you are working on?
Right now, I'm doing some Certificates for the Specialty Courses that we offer. I'm also working on some documents for Secretary of Public Education.
What advice would you tell your pre-travel self?
I would tell myself to be prepared mentally and physically for all the drawbacks that could happen so I don’t get surprised by bad things that can happen. I also would try to always be proud of myself .

Why is it important for people to travel abroad and experience new cultures?
I think that people get to really see how real life is in different places.Travelling allows you to immerse in different cultures, learn new things, and experience a lot of cool new things, such as food, people, and places.
Once you do that, you can really understand their point of view of the world. By living and understanding different cultures you can really understand a little bit more how this world works.
Why do you think learning a new language is important?
I think that it's important because your confidence grows, you train your brain, and traveling gets much more fun. It allows you to make better decisions, make new friends, and as a plus it gives you an impulse in your career.
