Admittedly a notorious over-packer, Neal believes there is always more room in that pack! He cannot remember if 50 is the weight limit for his luggage or the number at which he ceased country-counting. While traveling, Neal gravitates toward cities, which he enjoys exploring especially during late night and pre-dawn hours. He invariably gets lost but has a knack for finding local coffee spots, where he ponders the factors that comprise a city’s urban fabric.
