Originally from the Washington DC area, Colleen Boland is finishing her doctorate in migration studies at Madrid’s Complutense University and working at the Madrid-based international NGO Common Action Forum. She enjoys travelling throughout Spain on the weekends and hopes to keep exploring more of Europe. She finds that running and biking are some of the best ways to navigate new destinations.
