The Diploma in International Culinary Arts (DICA) equips aspiring chefs with the fundamentals of cooking and baking, and covers the principles, procedures and techniques in the preparation of different types of food. It provides students with a comprehensive culinary education grounded in an in-depth understanding of hospitality industry.
Duration : 1550 hours (5 quarters theory & internship)
This program is capped by a multicultural international training experience in the hospitality workplace through local and international internship opportunities, including the opportunity of a 6 to 12 months paid internship in various countries including USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
