Youth Empowerment and talent center (YETC)

YETC Organization (Youth Empowerment and Talent Community) is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering young people, women, and vulnerable members of society through education, mentorship, leadership development, talent identification, and sustainable livelihood programs. Founded by Kiza Echisco, YETC believes that every individual has unique talents and abilities that can contribute to positive social change when properly nurtured and supported.

Our mission is to empower youth to understand their responsibilities, discover their talents, and develop the skills necessary to become active contributors to their communities. Our vision is to build strong, inclusive communities where people recognize their potential, create meaningful social networks, and work together to shape a better future.

YETC implements a variety of programs that focus on youth mentorship, life skills training, peacebuilding, education support, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, agriculture, environmental conservation, tree planting, permaculture, and vocational skills development. We also support orphans, vulnerable children, teenage mothers, and refugee communities by providing opportunities that promote self-reliance and economic empowerment.
