The discipline of history concerns itself with the stories and interpretations that provide meaning for human life. Just as with individuals,...

As an EU city of over three million people, it remains a significant, relevant urban center today. The discipline of history concerns itself with the stories and interpretations that provide meaning for human life. Just as with individuals, loss of historical memory makes societies, faith, movements, and ideas rootless. This is why Veritas has given special priority to the Christian study of history. Amazing experience
February 28, 2022by: Gabriella Winters - United StatesProgram: Veritas Christian Study Abroad in Rome, ItalyI studied abroad during the midst of the pandemic. I was able to see and explore Rome when it was empty of tourist. Museums and restaurants were still open so we were able to experience the culture without any problems. We lived outside the touristy area of the city where all the authentic restaurants were. The school and the teachers were great as well! I really enjoyed learning from them.
