Our culinary programs in each country follow the same format:
Start with a four-week intensive course that combines hands-on cooking classes with language lessons in the respective country's language to get you perfectly kitchen-ready. Following that, you'll complete an eight-week internship at a local specialty restaurant. You'll work alongside experienced chefs and prepare authentic dishes like sushi and ramen in Japan, bulgogi and bibimbap in Korea, or masala and tandoori in India.
