Do an internship or volunteer in childcare and kindergarten teaching in Tokyo, Japan! You will work with children in international kindergartens and preschools or in after-school care centers. You'll assist staff with daily activities, engage with the children in English through play and conversation, and provide basic childcare. Depending on your visa, you might even be compensated for your efforts: 1) Unpaid Internship/Volunteering You can undertake an unpaid placement for up to 3 or 6 months (depending on your nationality) visa-exempt. This option is available to all nationalities that qualify for a Temporary Visitor Visa exemption. 2) Compensated Internship/Volunteering If you work for 6 months or longer, you can get compensated for your work using a Working Holiday Visa. This option is open to nationals of the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Korea, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Iceland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Sweden, Estonia, Netherlands, Uruguay, Finland, Latvia, and Luxembourg. We can also organize accommodation in Tokyo!

Salary & Compensation
Depending on your visa, you can be compensated for your work. If you stay for 6 months or longer with a Working Holiday Visa, your efforts can be paid. However, if you stay for less than six months on a Temporary Visitor Visa exemption, your position will be unpaid.
