Elephant Volunteer Project in Thailand

Gain valuable experience by taking part in a program offered by Work Projects Abroad. Volunteer in an elephant sanctuary and help in providing freedom to older elephants that worked as trekking companions during their younger years. Furthermore, get involved with other community development programs such as Nursing, Education, and Consciousness Raising within the locality. This project was initially set up in 2011 and has offered many elephants freedom and relaxation at a later stage of their lives.
