This volunteer program takes place in Arusha, Tanzania, where educators and community-engagement volunteers support animal-welfare learning through creative, interactive teaching. Volunteers work with Voices for Animal Welfare (VfAW), an international NGO connecting Africa and Europe to promote humane, community-led animal care.

You will deliver lessons in schools and community centers, create engaging learning materials, and help lead outreach activities that build empathy and responsible animal care. The role also involves collaborating with teachers, NGOs, and community leaders to strengthen local education initiatives.

This position is ideal for volunteers with experience working with children in educational or community settings. Flexibility, cultural adaptability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Volunteers stay 1–3 months, receive full cultural and safety orientation, and contribute to long-term educational impact while gaining hands-on field experience.
