Home to one of the world's oldest civilizations, China offers volunteers the opportunity to experience its enormous diversity. Despite the rapidly growing economy, they will see the country's complicated history that affects its status on a global scale. 

As a volunteer, you will live and work in Changsha. Known for its delicious, spicy fare and beautiful riverbanks, ancient relics and modern skylines can be found at every turn. You'll reside in the suburban Wangcheng district. You'll build relationships with local elementary and middle school students and their families by teaching them English.
