Join UCESCO Africa as a yoga instructor volunteer to help foster self-esteem and community connection among children, women, and students in Mombasa, Kilifi, and Malindi. By teaching yoga, you'll create a safe, supportive environment for locals, enabling them to rebuild their lives and grow emotionally and physically. 

In addition to yoga, you can guide discussions on healthy habits such as sleep, hydration, and gratitude, thereby further contributing to the community's mental wellness. 

This role involves teaching yoga, supporting youth through mindfulness activities, and fostering positive change. Volunteers also assist with extracurricular programs, fundraising, and building partnerships to improve local education and community development.
