UCESCO Africa's NGO Management volunteer program in Nairobi allows skilled individuals to enhance the organization internally. Volunteers work in five key areas: administration, marketing and communications, fundraising and events, project support, and volunteer coordination. Tasks range from data management, report writing, and social media content creation to event planning, sponsorship outreach, and onboarding new volunteers. Every role supports 16 community projects helping thousands of vulnerable children, young mothers, and underserved families in Nairobi and beyond.

This program is for professionals, students, and career changers looking to leverage their existing skills for real-world impact. Backgrounds in business, communications, project management, or community development are welcome. No formal qualifications are needed beyond basic English skills. The program welcomes volunteers aged 14 and older from all nationalities, including students, professionals, couples, families, and those 50+. Volunteer hours are on weekday mornings, leaving afternoons free for cultural activities and city exploration. Weekends are for safaris and travel to Kenya's iconic destinations.
