Twiga Vision is a local NGO undergoing a complete organizational rebuild after losing its main sponsor. We're now reimagining our structure, strategies, and sustainability. As a volunteer, you’ll support proposal writing, donor research, budget planning, reporting, and development of new projects in areas like women’s empowerment, education, or child welfare.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Tanzanian team and help drive real, long-term change. This role is ideal for students or professionals in international development, nonprofit work, or project management.

Creativity, autonomy, and initiative are highly appreciated. You won't just “assist”, you'll co-build with us.

A minimum 1-month stay is required. All applicants go through a thoughtful but straightforward selection process to ensure alignment with our values and mission.
