TFT for Older Teens: Costa Rica Adventure and Service

What better way to make new friends than by spending the summer ziplining over lush jungle canopies, rafting on rushing rivers, and giving back to local communities? On our Costa Rica Adventure and Service program for Older Teens, you’ll be able to do all these and more while enjoying the company of other students your age. On this service trip designed specifically with older teens (finishing grades 11 & 12) in mind, we will have the unique opportunity to perform 20 hours of valuable service work in two different communities. In La Fortuna, we will work alongside the local association of Boy Scouts with various projects like planting trees to promote a better ecosystem, light construction, and clean-up projects. TFT feels strongly about the impact of this organization and we contribute every year to help them continue their mission in the community.

Along with our meaningful service work, you will explore volcanoes, jungles, and beaches. We will experience the best Costa Rica has to offer while ziplining, hiking, white water rafting, sea kayaking, and much more! ¡Pura Vida!
