Assume a designer's role and develop your ideas into a summer co-ord set. This comprehensive program teaches you the process from A to Z, from research to illustration and design development to the final product. You also attend industry talks along the way.

This program is perfect for teenagers curious about fashion and what it takes to be a fashion designer, as well as students with a bit more experience in fashion and sewing. There will be a constant gaze on sustainability, creating a process that is as sustainable and zero-waste as possible.

You will learn how to:
• Assume the role of the designer and develop your ideas into a design
• Complete a fashion brief
• Work with fabrics donated by designers within a 7-mile radius
• Create mood boards and learn why designers use them
• Pattern cut, sew, and construct your garment
• Take your first steps into the fashion industry

Whilst developing valuable skills such as:
• Communication
• Fashion design
• Fabric knowledge
• Embellishment
• Accuracy
• Machine and hand sewing
