Travel to a country with one of the world’s top hospitality industries—France. Gain hands-on experience as a waiter trainee, a key role in upholding the hotel’s good image and reputation. This internship is highly oriented toward customer relationships and involves learning about self-organization, working under pressure, and respecting company standards and relationships. Start building up your future career as a Maître d'Hôtel or F&B manager. As an F&B intern, your main tasks include (but aren’t limited to) the following: - Preparing the restaurant and ensuring the tables are well-presented - Familiarizing yourself with the menu and dishes of the day - Taking orders and passing them to the kitchen - Serving food and ensuring the guests receive all their orders, clearing the tables after - Learning about enology and mixology - Managing restaurant stocks and supplies, ensuring these are complete (cutlery, glasses, coffee, etc.) - Upholding the restaurant’s hygiene rules and standards We partner with gastronomic restaurants and luxury hotels for this Food & Beverage internship in France. Salary & Compensation

About 660 euros/month. The allowance is 4.35 euros/hour for 22 days worked on a 35-hour basis. You'll receive 669.90 euros gross/month.

Where does the internship take place exactly?

We work with a lot of companies. You can expect to do your internship anywhere in France.

What does the program include?

The program includes an internship placement, welcome information, necessary documents for your visa application, organization of your arrival, and follow-up during your stay.

Will I be interning alone in the company?

Not. We have companies that can welcome several interns at the same time. If you want to join with a friend, let us know. We can definitely place you together in one company.

Will my internship in France be paid?

Yes, you will receive a monthly allowance based on the hours/week worked. During the interview, we will explain everything and you will have an internship agreement signed, with the benefits mentioned.

What are the main request to apply?

It's mandatory to be an enrolled student. If you are graduate, you cannot apply anymore. You can apply if you are from 18 years old.
