Unique blend
February 29, 2024by: Joseph NegronProgram: Sustainable Food Systems Program in SicilyThis program offered a unique blend of culinary exploration and academic study. The visits to wineries and olive groves were highlights for me. However, I felt the program could have included more interactive cooking sessions to apply what we learned about Sicilian cuisine.

A truly enriching experience
February 25, 2024by: Sebastian EndressProgram: Sustainable Food Systems Program in SicilyA truly enriching experience that combined my love for food with an interest in sustainability. The capstone project on food sustainability was challenging yet rewarding. While the program was excellent overall, increased interaction with local communities would have added value.
