Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze client inputs and understand eLearning requirements
Define clear learning objectives and course structures
Develop storyboards, scripts, and content outlines
Design and develop interactive eLearning courseware
Ensure accuracy of task analysis, training materials, and evaluation plans
Support and participate in all phases of instructional design and development
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality learning solutions
Work on both technical and non-technical content topics

Requirements
Any Graduate (Engineering / Arts & Science / Journalism / Mass Communication)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of instructional design principles
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
Ability to quickly learn new tools, concepts, and technologies
Good attitude and willingness to take feedback
