One-Year Certificate: Culinary Arts

The 1-Year Certificate in Culinary Arts program at Study Abroad in Europe consists of two semesters, each offering a set of six core classes, creating a solid theoretical base and integrated by extensive hands-on supervised lab and intensive weekend seminars that offer the students unique opportunities to meet and interact with professionals and signature chefs. Students will gain a solid foundation of Italian cuisine covering all aspects of professional culinary arts with an emphasis on Italian products, traditions, and regionality.
