Most community centers in Africa offer a safe haven for children—providing shelter, education, a meal, and a break from life on the streets. St. Miracle Works Educational Foundation partners with organizations across Ghana to support and care for children in need. Many of these youth have faced neglect or trauma and lack the compassion and love of a stable family.

Volunteers play a vital role in offering training that helps young people become self-reliant or self-employed through education, support, and counseling. Teaching core subjects like English and Math, and promoting the value of education, are key focus areas.

This project also tackles social and physical challenges affecting youth, such as gender issues, reproductive health, drug abuse, and HIV/AIDS awareness. Volunteers help lead discussions on these topics, offering guidance and encouragement.

No prior experience is needed—just a caring heart and a desire to support disadvantaged children. The project focuses on prevention, rehabilitation, and outreach to give children a second chance through safety, education, and hope.
