Designed for students ages 15+, this immersive summer experience blends engaging Spanish language instruction with authentic cultural immersion in one of Spain’s most historic and beautiful cities. Students strengthen their Spanish skills through structured classes while building global awareness through hands-on experiences beyond the classroom. From daily life in Spain to guided cultural activities, every moment supports meaningful learning and personal growth. Participants also form lasting friendships—connecting with international peers and local students through intercambios, group activities, and community engagement.

The best experience of my life
July 04, 2013by: Shana PetersonI was able to improve my Spanish. Knock out Spanish and History credits, and enjoy living in Sevilla. This is important to me because I was able to get ahead in an intense 5-year physician assistant program to double major in Spanish.

How will my child be supervised during the program?
Students are supported by SSA staff throughout the program, including during orientations, cultural activities, excursions, and day-to-day program logistics.
Is Seville a safe city for high school students?
Seville is a welcoming and student-friendly city. Students receive an on-site orientation with guidance on safety, cultural expectations, transportation, and responsible behavior abroad.
What happens if my child gets sick or needs help?
SSA staff are available on site to assist students and help coordinate support if a student becomes ill, needs medical attention, or has an urgent concern.
