Our program in Barcelona offers students and young professionals meaningful international experience in one of Europe’s most dynamic cities. It is designed to strengthen CVs, explore career pathways, improve Spanish, and immerse participants in authentic life in Spain while contributing to real organizations. Participants choose between internship or volunteer pathways, both offering structured support, personalized matching, and flexible stays from 1 to 6 months. Before arrival, each participant selects their top three interests so we can match them with a placement aligned to their goals. The Internship Program includes guaranteed placement before arrival, ongoing support in Barcelona, and access to a professional network. Optional add-ons include accommodation support, Spanish classes, and emergency assistance. The Volunteer Program follows the same structure, with guaranteed placement, personalised matching, and full local support. Participants contribute to meaningful community projects while gaining cultural immersion and personal growth. Students must be able to cover the cost of the program and, if required, obtain the necessary visa to participate
