From Lisbon, study urban planning policies that provide equal access to parks, green spaces, and zero-carbon public transportation. Coursework uses a Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (WEFE) Nexus lens to examine integrated resource management. This program is more thoughtful and well organized than I could have possibly imagined. The people were loving and supportive, the environment was beautiful and safe, and there was so much to learn. I made memories for a life and even wrote a book! I could not recommend it more.

I had a really valuable experience studying abroad in Portugal. The program staff and people in the program are so supportive, warm, and welcoming. I learned so much from the classes, experiential learning, and from moving to a new place in general. The program allows students to see the country in a unique way by introducing us to Portuguese academics and people in the field, and through the research opportunity, allows students to take learning into their own hands. The experience allowed me to build crucial life skills and gain perspective, in turn enhancing my passion for what I study. It was an amazing semester, and I couldn't recommend it more!
