Italian Language & Gastronomy Program – Recanati, Italy

An exclusive 4-week program that combines Italian language study with a fascinating journey into Italian gastronomy and culture. The course includes 40 hours of intensive Italian language instruction and 40 hours dedicated to Italian food and wine, featuring theoretical lessons, tasting sessions, visits to wineries, olive oil mills, cheese factories, and artisan workshops, as well as engaging hands-on cooking classes. Participants will explore topics such as pasta, pizza, bread, wines,cheeses, cured meats, Mediterranean fish, gelato, and other traditional Italian products, while discovering the history and traditions that make Italian culinary culture unique. The program also includes Italian culture lessons, recreational activities, accommodation in shared room in shared apartments in the historic centre of Recanati, guided visits throughout the Marche region, and excursions to some of Italy’s most famous cultural destinations, including Florence, Bologna, Assisi, and Rome. Upon completion, students will receive certificates of participation for both the Italian Language Course and the Italian Gastronomy Course.
