Join a community-focused NGO in Karonga, Malawi, and support young people through a meaningful Youth Development Internship. You will work with an established youth group to build life skills, encourage positive decision-making and support personal growth through structured activities, mentoring sessions and open discussion. Because the role involves ongoing engagement with young people, continuity is essential. On arrival, you will meet staff and the youth group and complete an orientation covering child protection, cultural awareness and community engagement expectations. Outside the internship, Karonga offers a welcoming community and the beauty of Lake Malawi.
