Embark on an exciting nonprofit internship experience in a stunning Zambian location! You’ll be part of a social impact program that provides schooling for children and a wide range of skill development programs & support groups for the wider community. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience in a wide range of areas, such as nonprofit management, fundraising, or communications. You’ll also get involved in the day-to-day running & development of the on-the-ground programs. It’s a wonderful opportunity to develop a variety of skills, build your resume, & get a thorough understanding of development work on a grassroots level. You’ll be based in Livingstone, on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River & a stone’s throw away from Victoria Falls. This is also available as a remote internship. Depending on your skills & experience, tasks can include: - Helping develop & run daily community programs - Assisting in creating & implementing communications strategies - Assisting in developing & running fundraising campaigns - Writing grant applications - Developing monitoring & evaluation systems - Creating & managing donor relationships
