The internship requires a minimum duration of four weeks; however, extending your stay and visa in the Philippines is straightforward, allowing for flexibility in the internship duration. Of course, the longer you are able to commit, the more value there is to be had for both you and the organization!

Where will I stay during the internship?

During the internship, you will be housed in a homestay situated within the Bliss neighborhood, the area of operation. You’ll reside with one of the organization’s long-standing homestay families, who boast extensive experience in hosting international volunteers.

What can I do during my time off?

During your time off in Tacloban, you can explore the local culture, visit historical landmarks, enjoy the beautiful beaches, and participate in community events or volunteering activities to immerse yourself further in the community. You can also explore further by island hopping in the surrounding area.
