Eligibility Requirements:
- Up to 39 years old
- Enrolled students (university, higher education) 
- Graduates within 5 years (various majors of study may be accepted)
- Institution reference letter (mandatory)
- Verifiable reference letter from previous employer (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience 
- Fluent English speaker

Duration: 12 months or longer, up to 24 months
