Begin a New Adventure, Learn to Teach English Abroad

I attended the online webinar run by Jessica and Olivia and got a lot out of it. It was packed with useful information, especially the clear guidance on what to do going forward. I am still at the beginning of my course journey, but they took the time to answer other people’s concerns too. Such helpful tutors?

Each module is packed with useful detail and offers plenty of practical guidance on classroom techniques and strategies. When it came to the grammar side of the course, the examples made a huge difference for me and really helped things click. The staff have been great as well, and when I asked to extend my study period, Ola was very accommodating. Overall, it felt like a really worthwhile course and I would be more than happy to recommend it.

I have had a lot of positive interactions with TEFL, and the most recent one was with Emma. When I went to purchase a 6 month extension for the course I am currently doing, I got an error message. Keeping up with your professional development matters a lot in teaching, and TEFL Couses are a great way to do that. I found it to be a really valuable experience for myself. Everything is set out clearly, with modules that are thoughtfully put together and logically structured from a methodological point of view. The parts I enjoyed most, and also found the most useful in everyday practice, were the modules on Pronunciation, teaching Productive and Receptive Skills, and Teaching English for Different Purposes.

I have to say this online course is brilliant. It is really straightforward to work through, and you are given loads of time to take each module at your own pace. Having a quiz at the end of every module is so useful for going back over what you have just learned. What I liked most was that when you enroll you get assigned a tutor, and you can reach out to them whenever you need to during the course. I would definitely suggest it to anyone thinking about teaching, whether that is here at home or overseas.

An enjoyable course overall. It was very detailed and covered all the different areas of Teaching English for Exams that I needed. I guess I wish it covered more practical aspects of the actual lessons to teach.

Overall i am satisfied with the course, i reccomand this course. To be honet the assesment for 60 hours online and one-to-one teaching, i found it more difficult then Business English assesment. Thank you.

Overall, a very professionally constructed course, and like all things, it could probably be improved and made more comprehensive, but Rome wasn't built in a day (nor London, nor Hadrian's Wall, nor Dublin, whichever the case may be). It's a very organized course, with much relevant material on its subject matter, and I'm sure as the years go by, your staff and professors will continue to improve it. Its dollar value was difficult to beat. I looked at several TEFL courses, and not only didn't find any on teaching other subjects besides language, but most were more expensive, and probably of comparable quality.
