The only thing I would love is a way to talk through the reflective tasks with other trainees, but that is just my personal preferance and I know the add on is meant to be self paced self study. Even though I have taught English as a foreign language before, finishing it has given me a level of confidence I did not have previously. 30 Hour Teaching Business English Course: I found this one both engaging and immediately useful if you are thinking about teaching adults in a business setting. A wide range of areas were included, from why an intercultural approach matters when teaching English to working in particular environments and understanding the kinds of expectations some learners can bring. After completing it, I feel well prepared for what comes next.

I am taking the 310 Hour TEFL course at the moment. I started with the 10 hour TEFL teaching practice and got that done first because I just was not feeling motivated to jump straight into the self taught modules. During COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, while I was bored and stuck at home I decided to do my 120 hour TEFL Certification. I searched and reviewed countless TEFL sites (we all know there are some scammers out there, so I was sceptical) and Premier TEFL came to the top of my list for price, value and the fact that the team made it so easy to purchase the course and give me all the relevant information and support I needed. Needless to say I decided to do the 120 hour TEFL certification because I wanted to have a second source of income and something to do during lockdown. Fast forward 2 years later, 2022 and I am now a full time online teacher with 4 jobs as a freelancer with countries from around the world.
