I have not been there in person, but I did sign up for their online course. Everything about it feels professional, and the sessions come across as really interactive. The language they use is simple and easy to follow. It was honestly the right fit for me. Right after I registered, Annelies emailed to welcome me, and it instantly put me at ease. They also made it clear that they will be guiding me throughout the course and that they will be there whenever I need help.

I have just finished the 120 hour TEFL course and I really loved it. Right now I am working towards my Level 5 TEFL certificate because I would love to start earning an income as a tutor and take my life in a whole new direction. I have just finished the 120 Hour Premier TEFL Course and I am already excited to start the next courses that become available. I have had hardly any issues at all throughout my experience so far. The site is really easy to use, and I love that I can complete everything in my own time. Every module is well laid out and full of useful information, with a good balance of reading, activities and videos. I also found the end of module assessments really useful because they make sure I stay focused on what I am doing. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and supportive, espically Emma Coleman, who helped me with any questions or queries whenever I needed it. I will absolutely be recommending TEFL to friends who are thinking of taking a similar route.

Everything is put together really well, and there are so many useful and interesting resources for teachers. Before this I had no idea where to look online for materials for children’s lessons, so I got a lot out of it and found it very enriching. Customer service was great as well, since whenever I reached out I always ended up speaking with someone kind and helpful.

I had a great time completing the 120 hour Premier TEFL course. It covers a huge amount, but everything is organised into clear sections that feel easy to work through. On top of the lessons themselves, TEFL directs you to plenty of really handy online resources. Now I feel ready to start teaching online using what I learned from this course. I would absolutely recommend the TEFL institute. I also did the 30 hour IELTS Preparation Course and the 30 hour Teaching Business English course. Both were excellent additions and I found them genuinely useful alongside the main 120 hour TEFL course.

As a newly qualified EFL teacher, I only picked up an add on course since I already hold my main certificate. I was genuinely pleasantly surprised to get a phone call asking whether I could access the platform okay and if there was anything else I wanted to ask. It is reassuring to know you are not just left to figure it all out alone. I am really happy with what is covered, and it was so useful having everything brought together in one place. The platform itself is really intuitive and helps you focus on learning, without any flashy distractions. If you want it, you can also join live tutor support sessions. The only thing I would love is a way to talk through the reflective tasks with other trainees, but that is just my personal preferance and I know the add on is meant to be self paced self study. Brilliant resources for the price.

I had a brilliant time on the 10 Hour Virtual TEFL Course with Michelle Benson. Michelle was a fantastic teacher, and she brought such lively energy to every part of it that the whole thing felt genuinely enjoyable. Although it was delivered over Zoom, it still kept me interested and involved throughout. The content was structured so clearly, and I know I will be going back to the materials once I begin teaching. We all had to plan and deliver a short lesson, and Michelle made sure it felt like a supportive environment where everyone could give it a go together. That bit of teaching practice was honestly where so much of the value was. It definitely challenged me in the best way, and I received really helpful feedback from Michelle and the rest of the group too. I would absolutely recommend it!
