There were a number of typos in the written materials, and a couple of the quiz questions were not stated clearly and very confusing. This created frustration as it was very time consuming to resolve those quiz issues. Otherwise I appreciated the variety of ways the information was presented, and I loved having Kate accessible when I had questions and concerns. Thank you for offering this course in an affordable format!

I really appreciate the amount of resources this course provides. Having websites, books, guides for lesson planning, activities and printable materials makes starting out so much less daunting. I learned so much during the course, but I did feel that a lot of the information was repetitive. I also felt some key terms weren't explained until later modules, and in certain module summaries, there were key terms or ideas that hadn't been introduced at all. I was also surprised by the number of grammar and punctuation mistakes I saw throughout the course considering the focus of this course and the likelihood that non native speakers may also use this course. I did appreciate all of the audio files, but there were times when she sounded unprepared and there was a lot of background noise. I think these are minor details, but it was a bit of a turn off. All in all, I learned a lot about what to expect and prepare for in an EFL classroom and how to successfully do so. Thank you!
