Português et Cetera

Português et Cetera was founded in 2005 with the aim of providing Portuguese Language Classes to Foreigners, while immersing them deeply in Portuguese culture, offering Accommodation in local people’s homes, and featuring School Events and Learning Tours.

Our language School in Lisbon (Portugal) is located right in the historical center of the city and is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest Metro station is Baixa Chiado.

The famous 28 tram passes just under our windows and the school’s strategic position in the heart of Baixa Pombalina allows our students to take a break by walking along the Tagus river or having a coffee on the iconic Praça do Comércio.

Our teaching method of Portuguese for Foreigners in Lisbon is based on the Communicative Model through which the theoretical aspects of the language are practiced by simulating real-life situations.

Student needs are a priority for our Portuguese Language School and in order to better meet them, we offer high quality and professional services, which are flexible and tailored to each specific case.
