What is the audition process for Dance Gap Year?

We do not require a formal audition. Our program is intentionally non-audition-based because we believe in accessibility, growth, and the unique journey of each artist.

We welcome dancers of all levels who have at least 3 years of movement experience in any style at any point in their lives. This includes dancers returning after a break, interdisciplinary movers, and those exploring new creative paths.

If it feels like the right alignment, you’ll be invited to submit the required materials for our Mentorship Committee. These materials help us design a curated program tailored to your interests and goals.
