Oxford English Camps - English Summer School
Experience world-class English language learning at a prestigious Oxford boarding school set on 50 acres of beautiful countryside. Our international summer programme combines intensive daily English lessons (with a maximum of 15 students per class) with exciting cultural excursions and activities for students aged 11-17.
Students enjoy full-board accommodation in supportive boarding houses with dedicated House Parents, three daily meals in our historic dining hall, and access to outstanding facilities, including sports halls, a swimming pool, and modern classrooms. Choose from our standard programme or upgrade to Oxford English Camps Plus, featuring six bonus coaching hours and specialized activities like horse-riding, film-making, and golf (2-4 pm sessions).
Weekly arrivals from July 26th to August 23rd. All English levels welcome (Elementary to Advanced). A maximum of 70 students ensures personalized attention and strong international friendships.

What age groups do you accept and how are classes organised?
We welcome students aged 11-17 years. Classes are organised by both English proficiency level (Elementary to Advanced, determined by pre-arrival testing) and age to ensure academic progress alongside social compatibility. The maximum class size is 15 students.
What's included in the program fee?
Everything is included - accommodation in boarding houses, three daily meals in our historic dining hall (all dietary requirements accommodated), English lessons, cultural excursions, social activities, use of all facilities (sports halls, swimming pool, sports field), and pastoral care from live-in House Parents.
What's the difference between the standard program and plus program?
The Plus program includes everything in our standard offering, plus six additional hours of personalized English coaching and specialized afternoon activities (2-4 pm), such as horse riding, filmmaking, and golf. It's designed for students wanting extra language support and unique experiences.
What are the accommodation arrangements?
Students stay in our two boarding houses on the 50-acre campus. Rooms range from 3-6 bed dormitories to single, twin, and ensuite options. Each house has dedicated House Parents (experienced educators) living on-site who provide support and create a family atmosphere.
When can students arrive and how long can they stay?
We offer flexible weekly arrivals every Sunday from July 26th to August 23rd. Students can attend for one or multiple weeks. The centre closes on August 23rd, and we accommodate a maximum of 70 students to maintain our intimate, personalised environment.
