Practice an ancient form of Chinese martial art in a safe and calm atmosphere, under the guidance of a professional Tai Chi master. A 1 to 3-month course covers the Chen 18 and 24 forms, as well as gives an introduction to meditation. You have the option to study from a minimum of two weeks to more than one year.
