Founded in 2006 in South Korea, we’ve been connecting native English-speaking teachers with teaching opportunities across the country for nearly 20 years. At OK Recruiting, our focus is on helping teachers find rewarding and stable TEFL positions while supporting schools in hiring experienced, qualified educators. From the initial application to the first day in the classroom, we guide teachers every step of the way.

Our core services include TEFL recruitment and visa support, assisting with E-2 visa processes, job placement, and ongoing mentorship. We work with a wide range of institutions, including language schools, public and private schools, universities, and corporate training programs. Our target audience includes first-time teachers and experienced educators looking for personalized support and career growth in Korea. Our goal is to remove barriers to teaching abroad by offering free placement services, cultural orientation, contract negotiation, and long-term career support.
