Use the power of sports to inspire and empower young people in Kenya! 

Based in local schools and community centers across Ngong, Kajiado, Nairobi, and Kiambu Counties, this program invites volunteers to lead youth in football, netball, athletics, and other physical activities that promote teamwork, confidence, and discipline. 

You’ll plan and run training sessions, organize friendly competitions, and deliver motivational talks to help youth build both physical skills and life values. Whether you have a background in sports or are simply passionate about fitness and mentorship, your energy and encouragement will be welcomed.

Sessions run between 8 am and 3 pm, and can be adapted to fit your availability, from single-day involvement to ongoing engagement. It’s a rewarding way to combine physical activity with community impact.
