Every day, many children and families in rural Eastern Uganda face hunger caused by poverty, limited farming resources, and climate challenges. At My Shepherd Ministry Uganda, we believe that no child should have to learn on an empty stomach or miss opportunities because of food insecurity. As a volunteer, you will work alongside local communities to promote sustainable agriculture, support family gardens, assist with food distribution when needed, and help educate families on nutrition and climate-smart farming practices. You may also engage with children through school feeding activities, mentorship, and community outreach.
