Frequently Asked Questions

What are the required qualifications?

There are no special requirements. In fact, we want this to be an opportunity to learn, as well as to help. Depending on the project you choose, you will receive initial training, and we will follow you throughout the activities. Additionally, we try to define your role based on your preferences and expectations, your current knowledge, and what you want to gain. Of course, there are exceptions based on the project.

Do I need to know Spanish?

Undoubtedly, knowing Spanish is an advantage. However, for most projects, it is not a necessary requirement. The important thing is that you feel comfortable communicating with people, and it is usually easy to communicate between Italian and Spanish speakers. In some cases, we can provide translation support.

Moreover, we also organize Spanish courses. What better opportunity to improve your language skills?

What is the expected duration?

You can join for as little as one week, though each project has its own minimum duration listed on its page. We recommend staying longer to settle in and get the most out of the experience, both personally and professionally. Still, we know it’s not always easy to step away from home commitments, so we keep things flexible to make participation possible for everyone.
