There are no special requirements. In fact, we want this to be an opportunity to learn, as well as to help. Depending on the project you choose, you will receive initial training, and we will follow you throughout the activities. Additionally, we try to define your role based on your preferences and expectations, your current knowledge, and what you want to gain. Of course, there are exceptions based on the project.

Undoubtedly, knowing Spanish is an advantage. However, for most projects, it is not a necessary requirement. The important thing is that you feel comfortable communicating with people, and it is usually easy to communicate between Italian and Spanish speakers. In some cases, we can provide translation support.

We are directly present in both Argentina and Ecuador. We oversee our projects in person, pay attention to community needs, and monitor activities.

You can join for as little as one week, though each project has its own minimum stay. We recommend longer to settle in and fully enjoy the experience, both personally and professionally. Still, we understand it’s not always easy to step away from home commitments, so we keep things flexible to make participation possible for everyone, no matter the duration.
