Manara Fellows is a selective international leadership fellowship for ambitious young adults ages 18–22 preparing for the transition into adulthood. The experience begins with three live virtual leadership sessions before fellows travel in small cohorts of 6–8 for seven immersive days in Japan, Italy, Morocco, or Qatar.

Rather than traditional tourism or classroom learning, fellows develop confidence, independence, judgment, and global perspective through structured challenges, mentorship, cultural immersion, and reflection. They stay at world-renowned luxury hotels while engaging directly with local communities and experiences designed to expand their perspective.

Every destination is intentionally chosen to develop a different dimension of leadership—from navigating Tokyo and exploring Italy's cultural heritage to experiencing Morocco's traditions and horsemanship in Qatar. Manara Fellows prepares young adults for one of life's most important transitions with experiences that stay with them long after they return home.
