Internship tasks include design and CAD drawing, working with necessary architectural programs, site work, working within the office team and structure, and supporting projects the company is working on. 

The company is fully committed to providing full architectural services, interior design, urban planning, and project consultancy. They have established a platform for promoting the involvement of previously marginalized people at various levels of architecture and planning. Projects include the South African Embassy in Berlin, Germany, and the Arabella Sheraton Grand Hotel.
